The 7th Biennial Newcastle Ukulele Festival was a resounding success. To everyone who joined with us, participated, sponsored, volunteered and provided the stunning venues - thank you.

- Our Venues the Carrington Bowling Club, The Pavillion, The Hemporium, Cafe Inu who engaged with us to welcome over 400 festival attendees, 300 participants at the 12 festival workshops and 250 patrons at both the Saturday and Sunday night concerts.
- Our performers who provided the creativity, talent, variety, enthusiasm and joy which we all engaged with.
- And not least our many volunteers who supported us behind the scenes, in front of the microphones, billeting musicians, storing paraphernalia, organising sound, decorating stages, carting equipment to and from and generally picking up the slack.
